Pervasive Computing Debugger

چکیده
Pervasive Computing Debugger (PCD) is a user level debugging tool for pervasive environments, which is important as it provides the ability to monitor changes that occur in a pervasive environment and identify problems that result from these changes, especially since a typical pervasive environment may consist of a large collection of systems, devices, and applications which make a user lost in debugging the systems if there is a faulty device.

A context-sensitive dynamic role-based access control model for pervasive computing environments
Resources and services are accessible in pervasive computing environments from anywhere and at any time. Also, due to ever-changing nature of such environments, the identity of users is unknown. However, users must be able to access the required resources based on their contexts. These and other similar complexities necessitate dynamic and context-aware access control models for such environmen...
متن کاملA semantic-aware role-based access control model for pervasive computing environments
Access control in open and dynamic Pervasive Computing Environments (PCEs) is a very complex mechanism and encompasses various new requirements. In fact, in such environments, context information should be used in access control decision process; however, it is not applicable to gather all context information completely and accurately all the time. Thus, a suitable access control model for PCEs...
متن کاملIntrospection via Self Debugging
The omnipresent support for introspection in modern programming languages indicates the usefulness of the tool. [2, 3, 8, 9] Unfortunately, C, which is one of the most pervasive programming languages and the foundation of nearly every modern operating system, does not support introspection. I propose to bring introspection to the C language via a novel application of an old tool: the debugger. ...
متن کاملFaCiLe: a Functional Constraint Library
FaCiLe is an open source constraint programming library over integer nite domain written in OCaml, a functional language of the ML family. It o ers all usual constraint system facilities to create and handle nite domain variables, arithmetic constraints (possibly nonlinear), built-in global constraints and search goals. FaCiLe allows as well to build easily user-de ned constraints and goals fro...
متن کاملA Debugger for Computational Grid Applications
The Portable Parallel/Distributed Debugger project at the NASA Ames Research Center has built a debugger for applications running on heterogeneous computational grids. It employs a client-server architecture to simplify the implementation, and its user interface has been designed to provide process control and state examination functions on computations with a large number of processes. The deb...
